Care of the glasses
Our glasses will last for years with proper care and the right products. We have prepared a series of tips to help you achieve great results when caring for your Izaak Reich glasses.
The Seven Commandments at the end
- A good grip is essential - never hold the glass by the stem while washing or polishing.
- Hand washing is always the gentlest choice.
- A good quality dishwasher with the right program is also a good choice
- Lukewarm is good (max up to 65 C) - set the dishwasher to a program that does not exceed 65 C.
- Let the steam out. Most dishwashers automatically open when the program is finished, but others must be opened manually.
- White vinegar works wonders against dried-on stains, and we highly recommend it.
- Use a good-quality cloth when polishing, but for best results, combine linen cloth with Izaak Reich Profi Propolish cotton cleaning gloves.
