U.S. ecommerce sales are hosted and operated by the Izaak Reich website platform and for Bon Vivant Imports as the exclusive U.S. partner and merchant of record.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Overview
Orders placed through the Izaak Reich U.S. website are fulfilled by Bon Vivant Imports from Salt Lake City, Utah.
Each order is packed carefully using protective packaging designed specifically for fine stemware.
Retail packaging include a dated glassworks card signed by the master glassblower as part of the finishing and packing process.
Processing Times
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.
Delivery estimates generally range from 2–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
During holidays, launches, or periods of elevated demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping charges apply).
At this time, we cannot accommodate Canadian shipments.
Broader international shipping is not currently offered through the U.S. store.
Shipping Rates
Orders under $200 (pre-tax) ship at a flat rate of $15.
Orders of $200 or more (pre-tax) qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
Alaska: $40 shipping on orders under $200 (pre-tax), and $80 shipping on orders of $200 or more (pre-tax).
Hawaii: $35 shipping on orders under $200 (pre-tax), and $75 shipping on orders of $200 or more (pre-tax).
Shipping promotions may be offered periodically.
Signature Confirmation
Signature confirmation may be selected at checkout for added delivery security.
Bon Vivant Imports also reserves the right to require signature confirmation on certain shipments at its discretion.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and delivery status once a shipment is in transit.
If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or an undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply prior to reshipment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Carrier Information
Orders may ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on destination and service availability.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are ultimately controlled by the carrier.

Returns & Breakage Policy
Transit Damage & Manufacturing Defects
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of Izaak Reich glassware.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if you believe a manufacturing defect is present, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the affected item(s)
- Photographs of the damaged packaging, when applicable
For verified transit damage or manufacturing defects, Bon Vivant Imports may offer:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Partial refund
- Equivalent replacement
All resolutions are provided at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered:
- Accidental breakage
- Dishwasher damage
- Damage caused by misuse
- Thermal shock
- Damage resulting from improper storage or handling
Due to the handmade nature of the glassware, slight variations in size, shape, weight, or finishing details may naturally occur and are not considered defects.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief explanation of the reason for the return
If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the merchandise.
Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Returns
Unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Include all original packaging
- Be returned as complete sets
- Be free from damage
Opened boxes for inspection purposes are acceptable provided the glassware has not been used.
Partially used sets are not eligible for return.
Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable, including on orders that originally qualified for complimentary shipping.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Bon Vivant Imports.
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Failed or Refused Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and monitoring delivery status once a shipment is in transit.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve a held package, additional shipping charges may apply prior to reshipment, including on orders that originally qualified for complimentary shipping.
Original outbound shipping costs and carrier return fees may be deducted from any approved refund.
Product Care
Caring for Izaak Reich Glassware
Izaak Reich stemware is designed for both hospitality environments and thoughtful everyday use.
Each piece is handmade and should be treated with appropriate care.
Washing
The glassware is dishwasher safe when handled carefully. If using a dishwasher, we recommend lower-temperature settings and avoiding intensive or high-heat drying cycles.
For longest life and best preservation, gentle hand washing is recommended.
When washing or polishing:
- Hold the bowl gently for stability
- Avoid applying pressure while holding only the stem or base
- Never twist the bowl and stem against one another
Temperature
Avoid sudden or extreme temperature changes as rapid thermal shifts may compromise the integrity of fine crystal.
Storage
Do not stack glassware.
Store stemware in a stable environment where bowls and rims are protected from contact.
Polishing
Use a soft lint-free cloth suitable for fine crystal.
Support the bowl carefully while polishing rather than gripping the stem.
