Delivery conditions

Orders placed through the Izaak Reich U.S. store are fulfilled by Bon Vivant Imports from Salt Lake City, Utah, and shipped throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional rates apply). At this time, we cannot accommodate Canadian shipments. Broader international shipping is not currently offered through the U.S. store.

Delivery times: 

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery estimates generally range from 5–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions. During holidays, launches, or periods of elevated demand, processing times may be slightly extended. Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on destination and service availability. 

Please note that orders placed on a Friday or weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Flat-rate shipping of $15 applies to orders under $200 (before tax). Orders of $200 or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping. Excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
